In our first class, we talked about the basics of LLMs (Large Language Models). LLMs are founded in the modern world of AI and are the technical term for phenomena such as ChatGPT. Before the class, we were tasked with creating a bio to introduce ourselves. Using these bios, we interacted with ChatGPT to alter them.
Some chose to alter their language to be more sophisticated and/or snarky. Others altered them to be passive-aggressive. I chose to reverse my bio so that all the letters and order of words were backward. Overall, I found it interesting that an LLM could be used for something as basic as the task we introduced. I look forward to learning more about and using LLMs in the future.
